Outback Steakhouse in Cincinnati

The website is absolutely awful for ordering to go orders. My food was cold even though I arrived BEFORE the order was promised to be done. Both orders were incorrect and I was not given the side I asked for and the orders were made incorrectly. Awful way to spend what was supposed to be a good gift.

This is our favorite place to go to get steak. They never disappoint. Excellent value and really really good steaks.

Was pretty good. Service was kind of slow. And the bathroom area had a sewer smell. No complaints on food though!

I celebrated my PhD last night in this great place. I am glad to say that it was a cool evening and the place was surely one of the reasons for that happy meeting. The stuff helped in a splendid way, the cuisine was appetizing and my buddies were extremely glad. We shall absolutely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Had a aniversary party with 35 people. All the food came fast. Everything done great. No complaints. And the cost was reasonable

Last night I went with my wife and son to eat and I did not like the experience. They took the order, they took the food. the salad was bathed in dressing and the lettuce and croutons were not crispy bone that had long since been made. My meat was raw and my wife's was overcooked and over seasoned. After we reminded the waitress that the offer included dessert, it took about 15 minutes. to finish it took me the bill. Anyway, I left disenchanted paying more than $ 20 per person with bad service and bad food. I thought there were more people complaining to the manager and he said there were a lot of people ...

Best potato soup hands down. Fast friendly service & very knowledgeable staff. Will defiantly go back back.

I ordered the sirloin and shrimp on the barbie for lunch today I was absolutely blown away. Everything was delicious, the flavors were phenomenal! It's a rather large portion for myself, just finished the left overs and I had to write a review I loved it so much. I am very picky and I order from everywhere. This restaurant is my absolute favorite now!!

Lobster tails and steak. Cooked to perfection. Mixed vegetables steamed and still a little crunchy. Lobster was very sweet and a little ramekin of melted butter. Too good for words

This spot is worth trying. They serve large portions for convenient prices. Consistently neat and with good vibes. Will come visit again.

We were celebrating our friends birthday and they hadn't been to Outback before. The blooming onion was a big hit, that crispy crust was perfectly coating that sweet onion. Our steaks were a porterhouse, rib eye and 2 prime rib. My rib eye was medium instead medium rare, but was delicious and juicy, everyone else's were cooked perfectly.Our server, Adrian, was excellent, attentive and always smiling and a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend Outback, I had the best bloody Mary here...try it with bacon!

Very disappointed with curb side to go. Poor management as they definitely were not training staff to handle to go orders. Placed online order at 3:00 for a 4:40 pickup. Arrived at 4:35 & gave name to server runing orders. Received a text at 4:48 my order was ready. At 5:20 I finally caught the server again only to be told she saw my name. Received order at 5:30.Time stamp on my ticket was 4:46. Missed items on order and when I questioned I was told they dont have soup...I asked for replacement? She will get her manager. Manager didnt come out...she offered salads. My $141 meal for mothers day was ice cold, steak was horrible and chicken was tough. Tried calling and received message line was busy for over an hour. Quarantined Mothers Day Fail!

Although all 3 steaks came out wrong management and staff went out of thier way to make it right!The mark of a good restataunt is not having things always perfect, it is how they handle it when things go wrong.

Normally love outback. This was the was fist visit out since pandemic but it was terrible. Steak was half cook and sides were completely awful. Maybe a long time before we get back there.

Excellent place to have something when in a hurry. Their customer service is fast, rates are reasonable, great character. Will visit here again

Prices here are starting to be ridiculous. Dinner for 2 shouldn't be 65.00 plus a tip for a steak dinner and a salad with no alcoholic beverages

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are tasty and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we have a delightful time. warmly recommended.

After working here part time and seeing the condition of the kitchen, I would not recommend anyone eat here. Let's just say that the scoop used to put butter and sour cream on potatoes would sit in a container that would have a rancid layer of melted butter floating on top since it wasn't changed through out the day...

We had a 6:00 reservation, were seated at about 6:40. Waited 25 min for our drink. It took over 2 hours to get our food, steak ordered medium was extremely rare, then returned to us after everyone else was done eating well done.... my 2nd drink glass was brought to me with bright pink lipstick and food crusted on the glass. Our waitress was extremely apologetic, manager did credit a meal off of the check but didn't really seem to care about the issues. We will not be going back to this location

I actually enjoyed the food and customer service, fantastic location very close to my apartment. The employees are always kind. Would recommend to others.

Outback is a great place for a casual meal or a special celebration. They can get quite busy, but we've always found the service here to be quite good. The Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp and the Victoria's Fillet are personal favorites.

online delivery does not work. Last pickup experience waited 1 hour for all our food to be cold. Do NOT recommend at all.

Always have a wonderful meal every time and the staff are kind and so helpful. I have never had a bad experience.

We had excellent service from Sydney! She took care of some picky, impatient people really well, while taking care of our 12 guest. Well done and we recommend you ask for her, for the best service! 👏🏼👏🏼

Great food and great service. Our food was excellent and very tasty.

The food was very good but the server was inattentive, my wife had a beer empty for a while but was never asked if wanted another, and took a while to get a check. I got the 3 point.... Yeah I forget the name but it was a blooming onion with cheese fries and fried ribs on top. Tasted amazing and was worth the 3 months it took off my life. My wife and the filet with macaroni and mashed potatoes and she loved that too.

The only place I can eat a sirloin is here! I absolutely love the seasoning and the meat is always tender. I can enjoy a steak, lobster tail, salad, side and soda for under 20 bucks! Love it

Ordered curbside takeaway, but no one ever came out. There was a line inside with no real organization or order. The restaurant was nowhere near capacity so it is hard to comprehend what the issue was in the process. No manager showed up to facilitate or anything. When I finally got home we were looking forward to our sirloin but they matched the experience that I had there. The meat was tough and improperly cooked. Very unfortunate experience at all levels and have a hard seeing when I will be back

When I come in dressed up the servers are all over trying too get a good tip but I come in after the gym in my gym clothes they sit me down and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes now for a server to even get my drinks...

Always really good. Love that the blooming onion is back! And the drinks were great too. I got the Aussie tea and it was top notch. Would recommend a trip to outback anytime you want to eat out and have some extra money to spend.

Went to eat at 4:30 Saturday 12/28/19. Were seated quickly but everything went downhill from there. Soup was cold, salads were warm. Waited approximately 20 minutes for our appetizers and received our entrees at the same time. Not great food and lousy service. When questioning the manager about the poor food quality and service she replied she just started her shift and could not help us. WOW, whatever happened to customer service?!

Great restaurant when you can dine in, but DO NOT order curb side take out. We waited 50 minutes after our time of pick up and got luke warm food. So not worth the wait.

Wanna give a huge shout out to Manager DAN for going above and beyond to make sure I recieved my food. Doordash allowed someone else to receive my food without verifying who they were. Dan the man made me feel secure that there are still descent people out there! You Rock!!!

Despite COVID restrictions, they did great. The server was great, funny and super nice and the food was hot and delicious! We enjoyed our dinner and the service!

It seems going to outback is a gamble either it is great or horrible. Tonite it was great.

So delicious! I had the 12 oz prime rib and it was wonderful. Service was average, but their food, including the salad, are worth coming back for.

I usually have nothing but great experiences arty this location. Everything was good except my ordered medium steak was a very well done steak. I never send things back cuz I'm worried what they'll do to my food. So I just packed it up for my dogs cuz only they could chew that over done meat!

Food was good for a big party only one person's steak was over cooked. Rectified quickly. Service on drinks was a little slow. But would definitely go back.
